92-224 C RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A RELEASE DEED FOR 727 CANYON LANE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Release Deed on behalf of
the City of Elgin for the property commonly known as
727 Canyon Lane and legally described as follows :
Lot 329 in Valley Creek, Unit No. 9, in the
City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois.
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
