92-22 RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT GRANT AND AGREEMENT
FOR STORM WATER AND SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES
(Metro Property)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that George VanDeVoorde, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Easement Grant and Agreement for storm water and sanitary
sewer purposes for the property legally described as follows :
Permanent Easement
The South 15 feet: Also the East 15 feet of
the West 55 feet of the South 425 feet, except the
South 15 feet, of the West 500 feet of the East half
of the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Township 41
North, Range 8, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in the Township of Elgin, Kane County,
Illinois .
Construction Easement
The South 30 feet: Also the East 30 feet of
the West 70 feet of the South 425 feet, except the
few South 30 feet of the West 500 feet of the East half
of the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Township 41
North, Range 8, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in the Township of Elgin, Kane County,
Illinois .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the Easement Grant and
Agreement to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Kane County, Illinois .
