RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR STREET LIGHTING PURPOSES
(Cobbler' s Crossing)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a Plat of Easement for street
lighting purposes for the property legally described as
follows :
Easement Premises No. 1:
The northeasterly 7 .50 feet, as measured at
right angles to the northeasterly line thereof,
except the southeasterly 10. 00 feet, as measured at
right angles to the southeasterly line thereof, of
Lot 10 in Cobbler's Crossing Unit 7, being a
subdivision of part of Sections 6 and 7, Township 41
North, Range 9, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded
July 26, 1989 as Document No. 89343561, in Cook
County, Illinois .
Easement Premises No. 2 :
The easterly 10 . 00 feet, as measured at right
angles or as measured radially to the easterly line
thereof, except the South 10 .00 feet, as measured at
right angles to the South line thereof, of Lot 351
in Cobbler' s Crossing Unit 7, being a subdivision of
part of Sections 6 and 7, Township 41 North, Range
9, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according
to the plat thereof recorded July 26, 1989 as
Document No. 89343561, in Cook County, Illinois .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the Plat of Easement to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook
County, Illinois .
