AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH BLACK & VEATCH FOR THE
WATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 3 to
Agreement for Engineering Services on behalf of the City of
Elgin with Black & Veatch for the water treatment plant
expansions, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
