RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE COUNTY OF KANE AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that George VanDeVoorde, Mayor, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 to an
Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the County of
Kane and the State of Illinois for the widening and
improvement of Big Timber Road from McLean Boulevard to
Randall Road, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
