AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT
( 1555 Larkin Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby respectively authorized and
directed to execute a written lease agreement with U-46 School
District for the premises commonly known as 1555 Larkin
Avenue, Elgin, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
