92-188 RESOLUTION
EXTENDING A MORATORIUM ON DEVELOPMENT PETITIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the moratorium on the acceptance of
applications for annexation, zoning or subdivision of
territory authorized on March 11, 1992 be and is hereby
extended to July 24, 1992 .
