92-182 RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
WARZYN, INC. FOR PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement on behalf of
the City of Elgin with Warzyn, Inc. for Phase I environmental
assessment of the Kimball Street right of way, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
