92-167 RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
GARY W. ANDERSON & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR A
FACILITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement on behalf of
the City of Elgin with Gary W. Anderson & Associates, Inc . for
a facility needs assessment study for the Cultural Arts
Commission, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
