92-14 RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO PROJECT AGREEMENT
WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to Project
Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Illinois
Department of Conservation to extend the completion date for
the urban trail link to June 30, 1992, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
