92-12 RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT #3 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
CLARK DIETZ, INC. FOR THE SLADE AVENUE FACILITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute Amendment #3 to an Agreement on behalf of the City of
Elgin with Clark Dietz, Inc. for engineering services for the
Slade Avenue facility, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference.
