ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN FOX LANE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the underground and surface improvements, which
include water main, storm sewer, streets and lights in Fox
Lane.
