AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
GARDNER, ROACH & WELCH, ARCHITECTS, LTD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement on behalf of
the City of Elgin with Gardner, Roach & Welch, Architects,
Ltd. for architectural services for the rehabilitation and
relocation of residences located at 317 and 355 Seneca Street
to 425-427 and 434 Fremont Street, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
