ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN HIGHLAND GLEN, UNITS 1 AND 2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the underground and surface improvements, which
include water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, streets,
lights and sidewalks, in Highland Glen, Units 1 and 2 .
