AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Royal Boulevard and Randall Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with the First
National Bank of Elgin, as Trust No. 4520 and Not Personally,
for the property located at Royal Boulevard and Randall Road,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
