AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE SANITARY DISTRICT OF ELGIN
(Poplar Creek Interceptor Sewer)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, and Marie Yearman, City Clerk, be and are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an Easement Grant on behalf of the City of Elgin
with the Sanitary District of Elgin for the Poplar Creek Interceptor Sewer, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
