RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO A CONTRACT
FOR SALE OF WATER BY THE CITY OF ELGIN TO THE VILLAGE OF BARTLETT
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that James J. Cook, City Manager, and Marie Yearman, City Clerk, be and are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an amendment to a contract for sale of water by the
City of Elgin to the Village of Bartlett, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
