83-0926 Forest Preserve A RESOLUTION APPROVING ACQUISITION OF
LAND BY THE FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT
OF KANE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Forest Preserve District of Kane County
has adopted a resolution authorizing the acquisition of the real
estate described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part
hereof; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 962i § 6309 requires that the munici-
pality in which the real estate to be acquired is located approve
said acquisition by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Elgin that the acquisition by the Forest Preserve
District of Kane County of the real estate described in Exhibit
"A" be, and hereby is , approved,
