81-0327 John Unruh Inc ELGIN, ILLINOIS_ CAPITOL IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT FOR LORD'S PARK AND PUBLIC WORKS \ti STORAGE/OFFICE BUILDINGS ` CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 SCOPE. This Change Order No. 2 covers deductions and additions to the above contract as follows: ITEM 1. The contract lists one interior wood 8ft. X 7ft. overhead door in the seperation wall between the storage area and the mechanical work room. The wood overhead door is listed in the contract at $260.00 in- stalled. ITEM 2. The Fire Inspection Department has requested this door be replaced with Labeled Steel door to make the door area compatible with the 2 hour fire rating of the seperation wall. SUMMARY OF CHANGES IN CONTRACT AMOUNT. The contract amount shall be revised on the following basis: Add Deduct ITEM 1. Wood overhead door as priced in the $260.00 signed contract. ITEM 2. Steel rolling Atlas B-Labeled door. $1,304.00 Total $1,304.00 $260.00 Net Addition to the Contract Amount +$1,044.00 By reason of this Change Order No. 2, the contract cost shall be increased in the amount of One Thousand Forty Four Dollars (+$1,044.00) .
