Changes in the plans and specifications for the above project as pre-
pared by KALTENBACH AND FERENC, ARCHITECTS, are authorized
as follows:
1. Provide a new concrete island curb and new
concrete rumble strips on Riverside Drive
as shown on Site Plan Drawing dated May 27,
1975 and as per Tonyan letter dated June 3,
1975 ADD $ 905. 00
2. Repair existing expansion joints on Riverside
Drive in accordance with letter from Garbe
Iron Works dated November 7, 1974 and per
Tonyan letter dated May 29, 1975 ADD $1, 383. 27
3. To accommodate additional ramp loading
for City of Elgin vehicles as listed in letter
by Mel Dahl dated May 20, 1975. Reinforcing
steel in the south ramp to the elevated deck
will be revised as follows: Top and bottom
bars (north-south) from base of ramp to
Riverside Drive Improvements and Change Order No. 7
The Joseph C. Spiess Company Parking Deck June 19, 1975
expansion joint will be #5 bars @ 8 1/2"
in lieu of 12": Top and bottom bars
(north-south) from expansion joint to ele-
vated deck will be #5 bars @ 7" in lieu of
10". Cost per Tonyan letter dated June 13,
1975 ADD $ 424. 00
