NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS: Section 1. That by enactment of this ordinance, the city does hereby in each of the Capital Corporate Center Recapture Ordinances, correct the name of the Developer from "ABCP, LLC"to"ABCP Investments,LLC".
