I further certify that on December 20, 2006, the Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinances G97-06, which provided by their terms they should be published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form of Ordinances No. G97-06, including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building, commencing on December 22, 2006, and continuing for at least ten days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinances were also available for public inspection upon request in the office of the municipal clerk. DATED at Elgin, Illinois, on December 22, 2006. i Municipal Clerk eput unicipal Clerk (SEAL) r Ordinance No. G97-06 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SEWER RATES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Section 14.08.220 of Chapter 14.08 entitled"Sewer System"of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended to read as follows: 14.08.220 SEWER RATES. The following rates and fees are established and shall be collected for sanitary sewer service furnished by the city to any user in the city: A. For all properties connected to the city water system which are also served by a sanitary sewer, directly or indirectly connected to any sewer owned or maintained by the city, a rate is established as follows for each one hundred cubic feet of water supplied by the city or such quantity of water used as determined by the Fox River Water Reclamation District for billing purposes, whichever is less. 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 $ 1.201 $ 1.225 $ 1.249 $ 1.274 $ 1.306 B. For all properties which are not connected to the city water system which are served by a sanitary sewer, directly or indirectly connected to any sewer owned or maintained by the city, a rate as identified in paragraph A above shall apply. Provided, however, said rate shall not be less than that shown in Table #1 below per month for each single-family residence use and that shown in Table#II for all other uses.
