rft AN ORDINANCE
GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE
FOR A COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
( 1025 North Randall Road)
WHEREAS, written application has been made for an AB Area
Business District conditional use for a commercial planned
development at 1025 North Randall Road; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning and Subdivision Hearing Board
conducted a public hearing after due notice by publication and
has submitted its findings of fact; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin has
considered the findings and recommendation of the Zoning and
Subdivision Hearing Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That a conditional use for a commercial
planned development at 1025 North Randall Road and legally
described as follows :

FEET OF LOT 578, INCLUSIVE, EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE
