tek AN ORDINANCE
GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A
RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
( 330 North Clifton Avenue and 333 North Weston Avenue)
WHEREAS, written application has been made for an RC2
Residence Conservation District conditional use for a
residential planned development at 330 North Clifton Avenue and
333 North Weston Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning and Subdivision Hearing Board
conducted a public hearing after due notice by publication and
has submitted its findings of fact; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin has
considered the findings and recommendation of the Zoning and
Subdivision Hearing Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That a conditional use for a residential
planned development at 330 North Clifton Avenue and 333 North
Weston Avenue and legally described as follows :
LOTS 1, 2 , 12 , 13, 14 AND THE NORTHERLY ONE HALF
( 1/2 ) OF LOT 11 IN BLOCK 7 OF HIGHLAND AVENUE
ADDITION AND THE SOUTHERLY ONE HALF ( 1/2 ) OF VACATED
OAKLEY AVENUE ADJACENT TO LOTS 1 AND 14 , IN THE CITY
OF ELGIN, KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
be and is hereby granted subject to the following conditions :
1 . Substantial conformance with the Development
Plan for Kimball Court, prepared by Landmark
Engineering Group and Pace Construction Company.
2 . Vacation of Oakley Avenue between Clifton
Avenue and Weston Avenue, extended north.
3 . Compliance with all other applicable codes
and ordinances .
Section 2 . That the conditional use granted herein shall
expire if not established within one year from the date of
passage of this ordinance.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect immediately after its passage in the manner provided by
law.
