STATE OF ILLINOIS ) ss. COUNTY OF KANE ) CERTIFICATE I, Dolonna Mecum, certify that I am the duly appointed and acting municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane Counties, Illinois. I further certify that on June 24, 1998, the Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G54-98, entitled An Ordinance Amending Certain Traffic and Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin, which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G54-98, including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building, commencing on June 25, 1998, and continuing for at least ten days thereafter. Ordinance No. G54-98 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding to the list one-hour parking zones under Section 11 . 60 . 083 the following: Highland Avenue, south side thereof, from 84 feet east of Crystal Street to 166 feet west of State Street. Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following: Oakwood Boulevard. All vehicles being operated on Oakwood Boulevard must stop at Bode Road before crossing or entering the same. flow Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed. Section 4 .
