Home My WebLink AboutG40-97 Ordinance No. G40-97 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PAY PLAN FOR CERTAIN APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ELGIN BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That Ordinance No. G73-96 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing a Pay Plan for Certain Appointed Officers and Employees of the City of Elgin" passed December 18, 1996 , be and is hereby amended by deleting from Range 47, Benefit Group B, the position title Deputy Human Resources Director from the Management Group salary and benefit plan. Section 2 . That Ordinance No. G73-96 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing a Pay Plan for Certain Appointed Officers and Employees of the City of Elgin" passed December 18, 1996, be and is hereby amended by adding to Range 30, Benefit Group C, the position title Human Resource Generalist I to the Management Group salary and benefit plan. Section 3 . That Ordinance No. G73-96 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing a Pay Plan for Certain Appointed Officers and Employees of the City of Elgin" passed December 18, 1996 , be and is hereby amended by deleting from Range 34 , Benefit Group C the position title Fair Employment Administrator and adding to Range 34 , Benefit Group C, the position title Human Resource Generalist II to the Management Group salary and benefit plan. Section 4 . That Ordinance No. G73-96 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing a Pay Plan for Certain Appointed Officers and Employees of the City of Elgin" passed December 18, 1996 , be and is hereby amended by deleting from Range 9, Benefit Group C, the position title Clerk Typist/Personnel and adding to Range 9 , Benefit Group C, the position title Human Resources Technician to the Management Group salary and benefit plan. Section 5 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
