COUNTY OF KANE CERTIFICATE I , Dolonna Mecum, certify that I am the duly appointed and acting municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane Counties, Illinois . I further certify that on February 22 , 1995, the Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G12-95, entitled An Ordinance Amending Certain Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin, which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G12-95, including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building, commencing on February 23, 1995, and continuing for at least ten days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available for public inspection upon request in the office of the municipal clerk. Ordinance No. G12-95 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS : Section 1 . That Section 11 . 60 . 156 of Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended to read as follows : 11 . 60. 156 Handicapped Parking Spaces When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle, which is not bearing registration plates or decals issued to a handicapped person, within the parking lots or on any of the streets hereinafter set forth: Geneva, between Fulton and DuPage, three spaces; Geneva, between Highland and Division, three spaces; Geneva, between Highland and Chicago, three spaces; Villa, at Fulton, three spaces; Center, at Dundee, two spaces; City Hall, south of Dexter, three spaces; Civic Center Lot, seven spaces; Wellington, at Prairie, three spaces; Grove, at Prairie (Crocker Lot) , four spaces; Grove, at Kimball (Library Lot) , seven spaces; Douglas, at North, two spaces; Riverside Drive, seven spaces; Big Timber Lot, at Lyle, eight spaces; Spring Street Deck, eight spaces; North Side of East Chicago Street, West of Center, one space; South Side of Fulton Street, East of Spring Street, one space. Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication in the manner provided by law.
