I further certify that on September 28, 1994 , the Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G49-94 , entitled An Ordinance Amending the Elgin Municipal Code by Adding to the List of Stop Intersections, which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form. emk The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G49-94 , including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building, commencing on September 29, 1994, and continuing for at least ten days thereafter. Municipal Clerk (SEAL) (I' Ordinance No. G49-94 • AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF STOP INTERSECTIONS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following: Leawood Drive. All vehicles being operated on Leawood Drive must stop at Hunter Drive before crossing or entering the same. Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed. Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and publication in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council .
