I, Dolonna Mecum, certify that I am the duly appointed
and acting municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane
Counties, Illinois .
I further certify that on September 14 , 1994 , the
Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved
Ordinance No. G48-94, entitled An Ordinance Reclassifying
Property from CF Community Facility District to PCF Planned
Community Facility District, Property Located at 1095 Bode Road
(Petition 41-93) which provided by its terms that it should be
rft published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G48-94, including
the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a
copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building,
commencing on September 15, 1994, and continuing for at least
ten days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also
available for public inspection upon request in the office of
the municipal clerk.

AN ORDINANCE
RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT 1095 BODE ROAD
WHEREAS, written application has been made to reclassify
certain property located at 1095 Bode Road from CF Community
Facility District to PCF Planned Community Facility District;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Commission has
conducted a public hearing after due notice and submitted its
written findings and recommendations to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the
recommendations of the Planning and Development Commission and
concurs in such recommendations .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Chapter 19 . 07, Section 19 . 07 . 600
entitled "Zoning District Map" of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding thereto the following paragraph:
"The boundaries hereinafter laid out in the
' Zoning District Map' , as amended, be and are hereby
altered by excluding from the CF Community Facility
District and including in the PCF Planned Community
Facility District, the following described property:
THAT PART OF THE SOUTH EAST QUARTER OF SECTION
18, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING
AT A POINT 1042 . 8 FEET EAST OF THE NORTH WEST CORNER
OF SAID SOUTH EAST QUARTER AS MEASURED ALONG THE
NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTH EAST QUARTER AND THE SOUTH
LINE OF A ROAD TO A POINT 1891 . 6 FEET EAST OF THE
NORTH WEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH EAST QUARTER; THENCE
EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTH EAST QUARTER
AND THE SOUTH LINE OF A ROAD TO A POINT 1891 . 6 FEET
EAST OF THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH EAST
QUARTER; THENCE SOUTH 15 DEGREES 02 MINUTES WEST
ALONG A FENCE LINE 551 FEET TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING OF THE PREMISES CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED
AS DOCUMENT 18085008; THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL TO
THE NORTH LINE OF SAID EAST QUARTER TO A POINT ON
THE EAST LINE OF SECOND ADDITION TO HIGH VIEW HILLS,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED FEBRUARY 27,
1957 AS DOCUMENT 16836013, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG
THE EAST LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION 536 . 7 FEET TO THE
PLACE OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT THEREFROM THE PREMISES
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT 1285 .25
FEET EAST OF THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH
EAST QUARTER AS MEASURED ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF
SAID SOUTH EAST QUARTER; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH
LINE OF SAID SOUTH EAST QUARTER AND THE SOUTH LINE
OF A ROAD TO THE POINT 1891 . 6 FEET EAST OF THE NORTH
WEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH EAST QUARTER; THENCE SOUTH

COUNTY, ILLINOIS subject to the following conditions :
1 . Substantial compliance with the planned development
plan, prepared by Bleck & Bleck, dated August 2 , 1993, revised
June 27, 1994; and
2 . Compliance with all other applicable codes and
ordinances . "
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law and shall be published in pamphlet form
by authority of the City Council .
