and acting municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane
Counties, Illinois .
I further certify that on September 14 , 1994 , the
Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved
Ordinance No. G45-94 , entitled An Ordinance Classifying Newly
Annexed Territory Located North of Big Timber Road, West of
Randall Road; by Sherman Health Systems, as Applicant, and C and
L Farms, Incorporated, as Owner (Petition 04-93) which provided
/�► by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G45-94 , including
the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a
copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building,
commencing on September 15, 1994 , and continuing for at least
ten days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also
available for public inspection upon request in the office of
the municipal clerk.

AN ORDINANCE
CLASSIFYING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED TERRITORY
(North of Big Timber Road, West of Randall Road)
WHEREAS, the territory herein described has been annexed
to the City of Elgin; and
WHEREAS, written application has been made to classify
said territory in the ORI Office, Research and Industrial
District; and
WHEREAS, after due notice in the manner provided by law
the Planning and Development Commission conducted a public
hearing concerning said application and has submitted its
written findings and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin, Illinois,
has reviewed the findings and recommendations of the Planning
and Development Commission and concurs in its recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Chapter 19 . 07, Section 19 . 07 . 600
entitled "Zoning District Map" of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976 , as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding thereto the following paragraph:
"The boundaries hereinbefore laid out in the
' Zoning District Map' , as amended, be and are hereby
altered by including in the ORI Office, Research and
Industrial District, the following described
property:
THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION
31, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, AND THAT PART OF THE
NORTHWEST FRACTIONAL QUARTER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP
41 NORTH, BOTH IN RANGE 8 EAST OF THE THIRD
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID
