G34-92 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN ON THIS 24TH DAY OF JUNE, 1992 Published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council of the City of Elgin, Kane and Cook Counties, Illinois, on this 25th day of June, 1992 . STATE OF ILLINOIS ) ss . COUNTY OF KANE CERTIFICATE I , Dolonna Mecum, certify that I am the duly appointed and acting municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane Counties, Illinois . I further certify that on June 24, 1992, the Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G34-92, entitled An Ordinance Amending Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin, which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G34-92, including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building, commencing on June 25, 1992, and continuing for at least ten days thereafter. AArat) 14,4 /0/0 -CA - Municipal Clerk (SEAL) r Ordinance No. G34-92 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding to the list of thirty-minute parking zones under Section 11 . 60. 082 the following: Jackson Street, east side thereof, from the centerline of South Street southeasterly for a distance of one hundred and sixty-five feet ( 165 ' ) , Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed. Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
