II . CONSIDERATIONS

district . The subject property is located at 934 Center
Street.
The petitioner desires to amend the variations granted in
eft. 1981 and amended in 1987 for a special graphics district .
The special graphics district designation was granted to
enable Sherman Hospital to vary the requirements of the

the flushmounted canopy sign .

amending the special graphics district in 1981 and 1987 to
provide for an additional 11 freestanding signs , one
flushmounted sign and for the replacement of three existing
freestanding signs .
