B. Sewer and Water : The subject property can be serviced
through an eight (8) inch sanitary sewer and a twelve
( 12) inch storm sewer which are currently located south
of the subject property. The property can be served
through a ten ( 10) inch watermain located in the North

C. Traffic and Parking : North McLean Boulevard is
designated as a major north-south arterial street
serving the west side of the city. North McLean
Boulevard has a design capacity of approximately 17 , 230
