Home My WebLink About G75-89 Ordinance No. G75-89 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF STOP INTERSECTIONS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section I. That Title II, Chapter 11.32 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under Sec- tion 11.32.030 the following: Clearwater Drive. All vehicles being operated on Clearwater Drive must stop at Lyle Avenue before crossing or entering the same. Clearwater Drive. All vehicles being operated on Clearwater Drive must stop at Royal Boulevard before crossing or entering the same. Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provi- sions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed. Section 3.
