AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section I. That Title 11, Chapter 11.60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, be and is hereby further amended by deleting from the list of streets where
parking is restricted under Section 11.60.156 the following:
Plum Court, north side, two spaces between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 5:00 p.m.
Section 2. That Title 11, Chapter 11.68 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding to the list of streets where parking
is restricted under Section 11.68.120 the following:
Plum Court, north side, two spaces between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 5:00 p.m.
Ryerson Avenue. Ryerson Avenue, west side, seven spaces in the
recessed parking area.
Section 3. That Title 11, Chapter 11.60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as
amended, be and is hereby further amended by adding to the list of streets where parking
is restricted under Section 11.60.050M the following:
Fairwood Court. Fairwood Court, east side from 272 feet south of
the centerline of Fairwood Drive southerly, and in the cul-de-sac at the
south end of Fairwood Court, from eight a.m. to four p.m., Monday through
Friday, November 1st to April 1st.
Fairwood Court. Fairwood Court, east side, from Fairwood Drive to
257 feet south of the centerline of Fairwood Drive, from eight a.m. to
four p.m., Monday through Friday, November 1st to April 1st.
Fairwood Court. Fairwood Court, east side, from a point 257 feet
south of Fairwood Drive southerly for a distance of 15 feet.
Getzelman Drive. Getzelman Drive, north and west sides, from
Abbott Drive to Adeline Drive, from eight a.m. to four p.m., Monday
through Friday, November 1st to April 1st.
Terrace Court. Terrace Court, north side, and in the cul-de-sac at
the west end of Terrace Court, from eight a.m. to four p.m., Monday
through Friday, November 1st to April 1st.
Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provi-
sions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.

Section 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its
passage and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
