ENTITLED "THE ADOPTION AND ADMINISTRATION OF POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLANS" OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE CITY CODE (ORDINANCE NO. S-569, PASSED DECEMBER 23, 1955) AS PERTAINS TO THE COMPENSATION PLAN AND TO THE SCHEDULE OF STANDARD SALARY RANGES AND THE OFFICIAL SALARY PLAN OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, AS AMENDED WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin has, in addition to ratifying and approving negotiated understandings reached by the City of Elgin's Wage and Benefit Committee and various Employee Relations Committees - approved wage and benefit packages for employees not covered by a negotiated( understanding; and - i WHEREAS, the City of Elgin has agreed to implement a new schedule for management employees as described herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That all other ranges in the 'A' , 'B' and 'C' schedule of standard salary ranges be and are hereby amended accordingly and that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to prepare the appropriate schedules reflecting the foregoing amendments to salary ranges of the City of Elgin. r 646 VOLUME XLVII Section 5. The property has been vacant and as far as we know abandonded for several years. I have lived at my present address for .five years and I have called numerous amount of people trying to get that property cleaned up and each year all I can get done is get the weeds mowed off.
