AN ORDINANCE
REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES NOT EXPRESSLY REPEALED HERETOFORE
AND IVHICH HAVE BEEN SUPERSEDED OR ARE OTHERWISE OBSOLETE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 6-1 of the Elgin City Code, entitled "Head of
Department," be and is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Section 6-2 of the Elgin City Code, entitled "Absence
or Disability of Other Commissioners," be and is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That Section 6-3 of the Elgin City Code, entitled "Contracts
and Documents," be and is hereby repealed.
Section 4. That Section 6-4 of the Elgin City Code, entitled "Police
