G6-74 TO ADD TO USES PERMUTED ON CFRTAIN LOTS IN THE NORTH ELGIN INDUSTRIAL PLAZA WHEREAS, Ordinance No. G6-74 was passed in accordance with the terms of certain amendments to annexation agreements entered into by and between the City of Elgin and the owners of record of the real property described in said ordinance; and WHEREAS, said amended annexation agreements provided for certain uses on Lots 14 through 23 and Lots 35 through 45 of said property which were inadvertently omitted from Ordinance No. G6-74. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Section lA of Ordinance No. G6-74 passed on February 27, 1974, be and is hereby amended by adding the following subparagraphs: "5. In addition to the above-mentioned permitted uses, the following uses shall be permitted when developed as an integral part of an office/hotel/restaurant complex- antique shops, art galleries, bakeries, barber shops, beauty parlors, book and stationery stores, candy and ice cream stores, camera and photographic supply stores, clothing stores, currency exchanges, drug stores, dry cleaning establishments, eft flower shops, gift shops, hobby shops, jewelry stores, leather goods stores, office supply stores, physical culture and health services, restaurants, tobacco shops, toy shops, variety stores, wearing apparel shops, ticket agencies, travel bureaus, typewriter and adding machine sales, and theaters ex- cept that outdoor theaters are specifically excluded; and 6. In addition to the above-mentioned uses, recreation centers may be considered as a special use only." Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
