RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the proposed settlements of the pending workers' compensation cases of Jason Lentz, Case
No. 23 WC 33528 and Case No. 25 WC 030909, in the total amount of$224,554.50 are hereby
approved.
