RESOLUTION
RATIFYING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A GRANT FROM METROPOLITAN MAYORS
CAUCUS (MMC) AND RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT RELATING
THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LOW INCOME ENERGY EFFICIENCY OUTREACH
AND ENGAGEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN. ILLINOIS,
that it accepts a grant from the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus in the amount of$22,275 and hereby
ratifies and approves Richard G, Kozal, City Manager, accepting such grant on behalf of the City
of Elgin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that it hereby ratifies and approves the execution of an Agreement on behalf of the City
of Elgin by Richard G. Kozal, City Manager, with Metropolitan Mayors Caucus in connection
with Low Income Energy Efficiency Outreach and Engagement,a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
