RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT NO. 2 WITH CRAWFORD, MURPHY AND TILLY, INC. FOR
THE SHALES PARKWAY EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an Engineering Services Agreement Amendment No. 2 with
Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc. for construction related
engineering and inspection services for the Shales
Parkway-Section III construction project, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
