RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
THE INDEPENDENT PLAYERS FOR A THEATRE PRODUCTION
(The Cherry Orchard)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf
of the City of Elgin with the Independent Players for a $3, 750
grant pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture
Grants Program for the production of "The Cherry Orchard" , a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
