RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
THE ELGIN AREA HISTORICAL SOCIETY
(Exhibit on Local Arts)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf
of the City of Elgin with the Elgin Area Historical Society,
for a $2 , 275 grant pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission
Arts and Culture Grants Program for an exhibit on local arts, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference .
