RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
ELGIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE/VISUAL & PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
(Club Jazz)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf
of the City of Elgin with Elgin Community College/Visual &
Performing Arts Center, for a $5, 000 grant pursuant to the
Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture Grants Program for
Club Jazz--artists ' fees, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
