RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED
(Common Areas of Fox Bluff Corporate Center)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Quit Claim Deed on behalf of the City of Elgin to the Fox Bluff
Corporate Center Property Owners Association, for the property
commonly known as the common areas of Fox Bluff Corporate
Center, Elgin, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
