RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
COLONIAL ENTERPRISES, INC.
(Northwest Corner of Randall Road and Winhaven Drive)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby respectively authorized and directed
to execute a written lease agreement with Colonial Enterprises,
Inc . for the premises commonly known as the northwest corner of
Randall Road and Winhaven Drive, Elgin, Illinois, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
