RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE
TALISMAN THEATRE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf
of the City of Elgin with the Talisman Theatre, for a $5,000
grant pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture
Grants Program for the stage readings "Early Stages" , a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
