RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
ALDI , INC. FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Easement Agreement with Aldi, Inc . for the construction and
maintenance of a sanitary sewer main and water main across the
property legally described as follows :
The North 20 feet of the South 118 . 69 feet of
the West 236 . 74 feet (as measaured along the
Northerly line) of Lot 6 in Randall Lake Crossing
Subdivision in part of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 16 and part of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 21, Township 41 North, Range 8 East of the
Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat
thereof recorded as Document No. 94K086086 on
November 23, 1994 in Kane County, Illinois .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the Easement Agreement to be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane
County, Illinois.
