RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
STERLING CODIFIERS, INC. FOR THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Sterling
Codifiers, Inc. for quarterly supplement services, conversion
of the Elgin Municipal Code onto a searchable computer format
and posting of the municipal code on the web site for the city
on the Internet, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
