BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Thomas M. Flanigan be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Cultural Arts Commission for a term to expire November 1, 2002 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Maureen Himmel be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Cultural Arts Commission for a term to expire November 1, 2002 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that George Stefely be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Cultural Arts Commission for a term to expire November 1 , 2002 and is appointed as chairman for a term to expire November 1, 2000 .
